Creative Market Tokyo 2011 General Information
Creative Market Tokyo (CMT) is a business matching market that aims to guide content producers on the road to success. Under the tagline, "Pursue connections. Discover content." we seek to support businesses in the process of commercializing their content. Exhibitors will be selected through a screening process, with an expected total of 110 exhibitors: content licensing agencies, regional incubation managers, creative businesses and organizations from all over Japan. CMT will serve as a hub between regional businesses and businesses within and outside of the country.

Professional Booth
The Professional Booth will feature: businesses pursuing new opportunities such as content sales, licensing, and product development; content licensing agencies; and businesses handling intellectual property management for creators.
Competition Booth
The Competition Booth is geared towards businesses that generate their own content or content-related products/technologies and seek to explore business opportunities in the following areas: joint planning, co-productions, distribution schemes, commercialization of characters, and project financing. The CMT Jury will conduct a careful screening of submissions from companies/creators before selecting exhibitors for the Competition Booth.
Local Booth
The Local Booth will focus on Creators who work in regional clusters or incubation centers, or have created award-winning content for contests hosted by municipalities or organizations, and coordinators who are involved in supporting the commercialization of such content.
